This little guy was found perched in a rain gutter above the door to our elementary school.
He tried enrolling under the McKinney-Vento Act, but that just didn’t fly with our district’s Homeless Liaison!
Click photo to enlarge and look closely. Can owls move one eye at a time? Or is he really cross-eyed? Hope someone can tell me!

This was an exciting day :)) I felt sorry for the little guy stuck in there. I really wanted to take him home :))) WE had a fun adventure walking over to get these pics :))
